At Sendady, we are committed to providing a high-quality email outreach platform and full sending infrastructure. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless experience with the features you purchase.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

  1. Non-delivery of promised services – If we fail to provide the features or sending infrastructure as outlined in your plan.

  2. Technical issues – If significant technical problems with our platform prevent you from using the features you purchased and we are unable to resolve them in a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that some items are non-refundable:

  • Third-party solutions that we purchase on your behalf, such as G Suite accounts, Microsoft accounts, or VPS accounts.

  • While we cannot refund the purchase cost of these accounts from our suppliers, we can provide replacement accounts in the event of issues or failures.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to hi@sendady.com.

  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds for eligible issues are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Replacement of Third-Party Accounts

If you experience issues with third-party accounts (G Suite, Microsoft, VPS), Sendady will work with you to provide replacement accounts to ensure uninterrupted service.
